JAT is responsible for invoice compliance processing of all ATLNEXT contractor invoices. JAT professionals perform their work as an extension of the airport staff and all invoices are processed through JAT’s Invoice Compliance Manager. Services include:

• Supervision and performance of detailed audit reviews of invoices for contract compliance and accuracy of all billable line items

• Maintenance of internal control process and accurate invoice review that ensures proper documentation, contract compliance, funding availability, and timely turnaround

• Review of change orders, task orders, work authorizations and miscellaneous modifications to ensure contract compliance before execution

• Preparation of status reports and compilation of invoice data for financial controls and reporting

• Preparation of monthly reports, including the HJDP Global Report and ad hoc reports such as project cost, work authorization, invoice tracking, and subconsultant payments

JAT is assisting in execution of the FAR Implementation Plan – for negotiation purposes only on professional/services contracts – to ensure consistent application of FAR resulting in cost-savings on all projects. Services include:

• Examination of certified overhead audit reports and supporting documentation to determine FAR compliance on contracts

Risk-based assessments of overhead rates on price proposals, including overhead calculations/recalculations, audits, accounting system assessments, and CPA workpaper reviews
