JAT provides the city with year-round consulting services, including audit assistance and support drafting and reviewing financial policies and procedures. JAT professionals assist in preparation of the annual financial audit and complete the annual Questionnaire and Request for Information for the city’s Continuing Disclosure Requirements.

JAT ensures smooth-running financial functions that meet business, contract, or project requirements.

JAT provides the following services:

  • Assistance preparing audit workpapers for the annual financial audit

  • Review of audit workpapers prepared by city staff for the annual financial audit

  • Preparation of the Management Discussion and Analysis for inclusion in the Annual Comprehensive Annual Financial Report

  • Assistance preparing the Statistical Section for inclusion in the Annual Comprehensive Annual Financial Report

  • Completion of the Questionnaire and Request for Information from the City’s Continuing Disclosure Dissemination Agent for inclusion in the City’s Annual Report in accordance with the applicable Continuing Disclosure Certificates. The City’s Report is to be filed with the Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA), the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s sole official repository system for continuing disclosure.
