JAT’s professional services include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage submittal review process in Fulton County’s Primavera Contract Manager (PCM) software

–  Monitor submittals being submitted by contractor

–  Expeditiously transmit submittals from the contractor to county’s Construction Manager and Gresham Smith engineering team for review

–  Track in-house submittal review process and send team reminders regarding review comment deadlines

–  Receive and consolidate all comments and return to the County Construction Manager

–  Other tasks regarding submittal review and tracking as needed

• Assist the county and engineer with general correspondence, responses to requests for information, and other communication within and from the project team in PCM

• Assist the county and engineering team with project records within Microsoft Office suite as needed

• Maintain the County’s PCM software in regard to contract administration (not actual software)

• Maintain organized files, using county’s Primavera Contract Manager software

• Print project materials, copy documents, create transmittals, etc.

• Participate in meetings as requested, keep meeting notes and publish to meeting attendees after internal review

• Provide other typical administrative support duties
