JAT is providing invoice processing support services under the MARTA CPMO contract. JAT is responsible for the development and implementation of invoice processes and the On-Line Invoicing System (OLIS). JAT professionals are working on-site as invoice administrators.

JAT developed and implemented the automated OLIS system that processes, tracks, and reports invoices, providing MARTA with an efficient method to implement Accounts Payable procedures and ensure contract compliance. With current and historical data entry as part of the system, all program financial information is readily auditable.

JAT’s support services include:

  • Supervision and performance of detailed audit reviews of invoices for contract compliance and accuracy of all billable line items

  • Maintenance of a solid internal control process and accurate invoice review that ensures proper documentation, contract compliance, funding availability, and timely turnaround

  • Preparation of status reports and compilation of invoice data for financial controls and reporting

  • Preparation of various reports
