Services are based on the city’s needs and include:  

  • Import of the budget into the City’s financial software 

  • Preparation and distribution of budget to actual expenditure reports to department heads monthly

  • Reconciliation of the pooled cash and other cash accounts monthly

  • Perform bank reconciliations.

  • Perform capital project reconciliations.
