JAT is providing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting assistance to TIME Task Force, a non-profit organization, in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, monthly financial reports, and annual tax form filings.

JAT professionals have the knowledge, experience, and skill necessary to minimize roadblocks to productivity and to maximize proficiency.

JAT is performing a wide variety of accounting support activities to TIME Task Force, including the following:

  • General ledger entry for accounts receivable/accounts payable

  • Bank reconciliations

  • General ledger posting of deposits and issuing receipts for collected funds

  • Tracking revenue for the organizations various events which include conferences, Executive Breakfasts, and Board meetings

  • Administering and maintaining a bank account for the organization

  • Preparation of monthly financial reports for the Board

  • Presentation of an annual report to the Board

  • Preparation and filing of annual tax forms
